Since this is my SECOND Spooks and Shoes post – I’ll do a double shoe feature (also because I ordered a pair of booties that came this week that I am literally head over heels for).
I absolutely love a platform sandal in the summer! They give you just the right amount of height without being too dressy or uncomfortable. Just like my addiction to shoes, I’m addicted to Payless…they always have the best coupons (be sure to sign up for their emails to find out when BOGO is going on and to get great deals) and styles available.
I snagged this super comfy Brash Skyline Two-Banded Platforms at BOGO pricing plus 30%! All in all, I paid about $20 for this pair and a pair of jelly sandals. They have a limited quantity of them online right now but check your local store to see if they have them in your size (you can check stock availability online which I love!) – and right now they’re on clearance for $15!!! What a steal!
And totally not shoe related – but how spooky cool is that Gremlins tank top in my photos? I love this outfit I put together back in early June. The tank top is from H&M (sadly – it is sold out, BUT they have a bunch of other awesome styles for the fall. It is apart of their Divided line which has a grunge vibe to it).
And now I have to share this AMAZING pair of Portland Boot Company booties I ordered from Walmart.com! At just $19.51 AND free shipping, I could not resist this bargain. I originally saw a pair similar to this style for $50 online – and a $50 pair of boots was not justifiable (especially when I knew my husband would have a cow that I’ve acquired ANOTHER pair of booties…but they’re my favorite fashion staple!). They come in three different shades (black, grey and tan) and are actually true to size and comfortable, which always seems to be a gamble when you shop for shoes online.
And now, time for something SPOOKY –
May I present to you my ultimate Halloween playlist which you can open in Spotify by clicking HERE!
I’ve been curating this playlist for awhile and I still add to it as I find the perfectly spooky tunes and jams that get my Halloween head bobbing. What are your favorite Halloween or spooky songs? Nothing puts me in the Halloween spirit like a good playlist.
