When you think about Halloween does ice cream come to mind? Perhaps I’m the only one who has ice cream on the mind all the time! It’s the perfect treat for any time of year (for some reason I think I crave it more when it gets cold than when it is hot out!).
I was thrilled when I was asked to work with FatBoy Ice Cream to share some ways that you can spookify your ice cream treats this month!
FatBoy has the tastiest handheld ice cream treats including ice cream sandwiches, sundae bars on a stick, cones and freeze pops.
But what about when you want a scary delicious ice cream sandwich and milkshake simultaneously!? Then you make a FatBoy cookies and SCREAM milkshake for a terrifyingly delightful treat while you cozy up and watch your Halloween favorites on TV.
This recipe is so easy – it’s scary. All you need is:
- One FatBoy brand vanilla ice cream sandwich
- Milk
- Whipped cream and Halloween sprinkles are optional (but quite necessary in my opinion!)
Simply drop in your sandwich into the blender and add the milk (add more or less milk depending on how thick you want the consistency of your shake).
I used the smoothie setting (highest setting) on my blender which mixed everything up nice and smooth!
The next step is making this shake SCREAM Halloween!
Top it with some whipped cream and festive sprinkles or candies for a ghoulish good time!
