What can you get with $3? A gourmet coffee? A pumpkin to carve? A bag of candy? How about A PAIR OF VELOUR STACKED HEEL BOOTIES! I went shopping with my future sister-in-law the other weekend and we stopped into Rue21, and of course, I go straight to the clearance section and see two pairs of these left in my size and marked down to $3. That was the ultimate sign that they needed to come home with me and adorn my feet this fall. The stars were truly aligned for me that day!

Rue21 was my go-to boot shop all last season for the fall/winter. They have some incredible sales and prices (like BOGO on shoes sometimes!), which is this shoe-holic’s weakness. I can’t wait to pair them with some jeans or black trousers and long flowing lace or floral kimono. I’m picking up some gypsy vibes just thinking about the outfits I can create with these babies. Shoes really are the cherry on top for an outfit!

This weekend I’ll be starting to watch Castle Rock on Hulu. The series premiered this week and has already had some great reviews from viewers. I almost forgot about this series since it has been so long since I watched the trailer! Castle Rock is based on Stephen King stories that connect characters and themes from the fictional town of Castle Rock.
