I am a person who is always naturally cold. So I cannot believe that I am actually fed up with this Oklahoma heat. I am ready for cooler days so I can wear layers and fall flannels! We had an unusually cool week in early September which was the perfect time to give my soul what it was yearning for – fall outfits!
I am quite impressed with Walmart’s latest Time and True brand which is the brand of flannel top I’m sporting in the photo above and below. The colors were too beautiful to pass up and remind me of the purple and yellow hues of fall leaves. It appears that this top is available in stores only, so be sure to check out the styles available at your local Walmart. Not only is this flannel top incredibly comfortable, but it is $13.94 making it quite affordable to boot!
Flannels are so easy and versatile for the fall. You can dress them up with some layered statement necklaces or dress them down and wear them as a simple cover up.
